Demo. Saint-Exemple is a fictional town; the app takes on your name and your colours.

Your tools already exist. Nobody can find them.

The issue isn't a lack of municipal digital services. It's that they're scattered, and residents give up before they find them.

One password per tool

Taxes, recreation, service requests, permits: every service has its own portal and its own login. Nothing lives in one place.

Google before your website

Finding the collection schedule on a municipal website usually takes longer than a Google search. So the resident phones city hall instead.

Third-party apps never catch on

Residents search the App Store for THEIR city's name. If they have to download a vendor's app and create an account instead, adoption collapses.

An app that belongs to your city, not to a vendor.

What a resident sees when they search for their town.

Your crest on the home screen

Residents download "City of X", not a software firm's app. Your name, your logo, your palette, your tagline. Your council is the only brand in sight.

Zero friction for residents

Nobody should need a password to find out whether to boil their water. Public information is available the moment the app is installed — no sign-up.

Live in a week

No overhaul of your systems, no three-day training. Your communications officer publishes an advisory in a few clicks from a web dashboard.

Your data stays here

Canadian hosting and a multi-tenant architecture: each municipality's data is isolated from every other.

You choose what your city turns on.

Every module is independent. Start with advisories and collection schedules, add the rest when you're ready.

Real-time advisories

Boil water advisories, road closures, overnight parking bans for snow removal. One push notification reaches every phone in seconds.

Collection schedule

Garbage, recycling, compost and bulky items, with a reminder the night before. This is the reason residents keep the app installed.

Events and recreation

Festivals, registrations and neighbourhood activities pushed to the residents they concern. More turnout on the same programming budget.

Municipal news

Press releases, public notices and council decisions. One official source, instead of a Facebook feed nobody checks at the right moment.

My property

Property assessment, tax account, collection day and ward councillor — all tied to the resident's address.

Directory and councillors

Municipal departments and councillors by ward, with native call and email buttons. Your elected officials look reachable.

In development

  • Permit wizard (do I need a permit?)
  • Bulky item pickup requests
  • Resident-submitted water meter readings
  • Connectors to your existing systems

Rallie versus multi-city platforms.

Most solutions offered in Quebec are a single app shared by dozens of municipalities. Here is what that actually changes.

Rallie versus multi-city platforms.
Rallie Multi-city platform
Name in the App Store Your city's name The vendor's name
Citizen account Not required Mandatory, sometimes with proof of residency
Branding Entirely yours The vendor's
Time to launch About one week Several months

Pay for the modules you turn on. Nothing more.

One price per module, based on population. One invoice a year. Structured to avoid the public tender process for most small municipalities.

Typically below what multi-city platforms cost — with an app that carries your city's name.

Founding city program.

Limited to the first 3 partner municipalities.

Rallie is designed and built in Quebec by our team, for municipalities under 50,000 residents. We're looking for a few forward-thinking cities for the initial deployment — not clients among a hundred, partners.

  • 50% off list prices, locked for 3 years
  • Setup fee waived
  • Direct technical support, no middleman and no call centre
  • Real influence over which modules get built next

In exchange: taking part in a case study and sharing feedback every quarter.

Become a founding city

What a director general asks first.

Where is our residents' data hosted?

In Canada. Each municipality is an isolated tenant of the platform: your data is never mixed with another city's. The Advisories module and the collection schedule hold public information only, which makes your risk assessment considerably simpler.

Do we have to go through a public tender?

For most small municipalities, no. Pricing is structured so the contract value stays under the provincial $25,000 threshold, which lets your director general award it directly. Use the estimator above to confirm the figure for your population and modules.

We already run municipal software. Do we have to enter data twice?

No. Two options: a connector to your existing system, priced separately, or direct entry by your staff in the web dashboard, with CSV import for collection schedules and activities. Most cities start with the second option and add a connector later.

How long until we go live?

Roughly one week on our side to configure your branding and starting data, then Apple's and Google's review time, usually a few days. Your apps are published under your city's developer account or under ours — your call.

What about residents without a smartphone?

Rallie adds to your existing channels, it doesn't replace them. Advisories published in Rallie can still be shown on your website, and your print and phone communications are unaffected.

Give us 15 minutes.

Send us your municipality's name. We'll set up a working demo with your logo and colours before we talk — you'll see your app, not a generic mockup.

Reply within one business day. No commitment, no 40-slide deck.
